Regardless of what you may have been told, not all stencil material is created equal! Through extensive testing and years of manufacturing stencils, we have chosen material that is perfect for our designs. You'll be thrilled with the results and the durability.

Our .5" mil is perfect for smaller alphabets and shaker boxes or any curved surface because it easily forms to whatever you are working on.

The .7 mil is perfect for signs and larger stencil designs.

Some stencil companies will lead you to believe that thicker is better, but the reality is that with smaller, more complicated designs, thicker means less detail and a sloppy finished look. Because we like to set our customers up for success, we recommend the best material for each stencil but also offer you your own choice on many of the designs. If you have any questions, we're always more than happy to help you in making your decision.

Please note: with some of our designs, we are unable to offer a choice. For instance, if the stencil is very small and very detailed, .5 mil is the only option we offer.
