POLICY
We stand behind every
product that we sell. If you are not 100%
satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7
business days from receipt of your order and we will
gladly exchange it or give you a full refund of the
purchase price. Items MUST be returned unopened, unused
and in original condition. Shipping charges are
non-refundable.

prior to returning an item. You will then receive
a Return Authorization Number. Please include this
number when addressing the return.

Carefully package item(s)
in the original packaging or use another form of boxing
that will keep the stencil(s) flat and unable to bend.
We are unable to offer refunds on any items that have
been damaged when sending them back to us. For
this reason, we highly recommend that you insure your
package when mailing it.
Ship package postage paid. COD’s will not be
accepted. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected
items.
Please
understand that we do not wish to make your returns
difficult. Our policies are designed to insure a smooth
return/exchange process without any misunderstandings.
Remember, custom orders are
non-returnable/non-refundable. For this
reason, be VERY specific when placing your order.
MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
If you receive an order with a missing or damaged
stencil, please

and we will ship a replacement stencil to you.
DAMAGING A STENCIL DURING USE OR CLEANING:
If you damage a stencil, don't panic! Just

and we'll work with you to get a replacement stencil quickly.
