When you have selected the items you want to purchase,
you are ready to place your order. Primitive Designs
Stencil Co. offers a four-step ordering process:
STEP 1: SHOPPING CART
The shopping cart contains all the items you selected
while shopping. During this step, you can add or delete
items and change quantities.
STEP 2: SHIPPING & BILLING
Choose your shipping option and add any comments or
special requests. If you have Frequent Buyer
Points you wish to redeem with your order, you will do
so at this time. Please note that your redeemed
points will not alter the price of your total order at
this time. We will apply your discount when we
process your order and the discount will appear on the
receipt you receive with your order.
STEP 3: PAYMENT & SHIPPING INFORMATION
You are asked to provide your billing address as well as
the shipping address if different than your billing
address. You will then choose your method of
payment and add necessary information at this time.
STEP 4: ORDER CONFIRMATION
A confirmation of your order appears, along with the
email and phone number to Contact a Customer Service
Representative in case you need assistance. Most orders
are shipped within 3-5 business days. During
extremely busy periods, it may take up to 7 business
days to ship.
